Positive: A small, neat, and clean hotel run by very friendly and helpful owners. It's in a great location, right next to the beach (Ladies Beach) and the promenade, yet still offering peace and quiet. The view from the room's balcony is one of the best I've ever had - worth every penny. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and in the evenings, you can enjoy the bar and have a pleasant evening. It's a wonderful place - we definitely want to return, certainly for a longer stay.

Negative: The equipment in the room is a bit old, but everything works and functions properly.

Negative: Very old building. Need some renovation and decoration. Especially bathroom needs good touch up.

Summary: Fair and square very good location. Very nice and polite staff. However l wouldn’t go back to this hotel again.

Positive: The hotel is perfectly located right on the seafront, with only the pedestrian promenade separating it from the beach. We arrived by motorcycle and the very friendly staff kindly allowed us to park right at the hotel entrance – otherwise, we would have had to leave it in a distant paid parking lot. To our surprise, we even received a room with a sea view! Breakfast was good and overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Negative: The hotel is in need of renovation, but everything still works and is usable. A big plus is that it has an elevator.

Positive: I cannot wait until I come back. The beach? Gorgeous! The cafes and restaurants downstairs? Absolutely great. Close to public transport. Customer service was great, beautiful view from the balcony.

Positive: The best part was the view from the room. The front beach hotel next to much restaurant, perfect. All the people who work in the hotel are so nice, and always help us when we need something, even in the night. The room was big enough even to put cottage for the baby. The breakfast was every day the same but it was also good.

Negative: Only thing what we didn’t like is always when we take shower all bad is with water . No other thing what we didn’t like in this 12 days of staying here

Positive: Only had breakfast once but very good. Traditional Turkish. Plenty to eat. Nice variety.

Negative: Better lighting in bathroom and by the wardrobe. More storage for clothes.
